Since 21 December when signal was down for 2 hours the reception in BN27 3RH has been appalling. Went from 4 bars and great coverage to nothing. Customer service say there isn't an issue

Customer services will be looking at the coverage checker and fault list. I've looked at mine and all seems OK
Is this just around your home as small areas don't always show up.
For reference I'm pretty sure you will now be on the Vodafone network.

Thanks for info however we don’t have wi fi just our phone and signal and phone wi fi is poor however it does change throughout the day
