I have a Sony Xperia XA2 mobile. I have recently swapped the SIM to a new one.
My signal strength is showing as -118dBM 22 asu.
I have trouble with phone calls - they drop out often.
I have tried the 'toggle airplane status on & off' and rebooted my handset - no joy with these remedies.
Can anyone help please?
Hi there @Simmoderby
Thanks for your post. Apologies for the delay in response. we have been really busy and doing all we can to get to each customer ASAP.
How is your signal doing at the moment? Have you tried the new SIM in another handset to see if it's the same?
Let me know and we'll do our best to help.

No, I'm not able to test the SIM in another phone as we don't have another handset on the Virgin network.
Hi Simmoderby. I am sorry to hear that you are having issues with the service and it's dropping. Can you do a network search on the Mobile to see if the calls continue to drop out? ^Chris
