Poor indoors Mobile Signal

My whole family have been virgin sim users for many years now and inside our house the signal is very poor for all of us. We live in a house built 1994 on a large estate. As soon as we come indoors the signal strength indicators on our phones goes to zero. Calls are intermittent at best. Been like this forever. We are now getting to the point of moving all 4 accounts to another provider as it's getting very frustrating, especially during covid when I rely on my mobile to be finding work having lost my job.

I can't believe that the mobile signal can be so bad on such a large modern estate with lots of phone masts dotted all over.

Any advice other than change my provider?

Re: Poor indoors Mobile Signal

As it is a long term issue and you have 4 phones then probably moving would be your best bet

If you have WiFi at home you could see if Virgin Support WiFi Calling on your make and model
