I have an iPhone 12 Pro Max on Virgin Mobile however the speeds are absolutely horrendous since the switch from the Vodafone network to the O2 network. The speeds from the 4G connection range are 1mbps on a good day. I’ve already tried steps to “improve” the network connection such as trying in a different area. This service provided is unusable. What steps can I take next as I am locked in a contract with unusable service.
None apart from Pay off your outstanding contract and move
Text INFO to 85075 on your current phone. You should then get a message back to see if you have any exit fees to pay if you leave your supplier. Texting 85075 is free to do and gives you up to date information about your current contract.
