Two days ago spent 1/2 hour trying to get my mobile tariff changed on some chat thingy on the web site. lots of questions and forms to sign agreeing to things. Ended with me thinking it had all gone well but it hadn't. Phoned V mobile today. Another 15 minutes. Told by a lady in the far east or India that my change in mobile plan hadn't gone through because of my credit rating. It wasn't obtained. I asked why. She couldn't tell me. Nothing wrong with my finances whatsoever. Why the problem. And why didn't Virgin contact me? Not even a copy of the transcript. Change of mobile plan sorted today ( I think) . I tell you what though Virgin; If you carry on like this we'll all be in the poor house and nobody will have a 'credit rating' and be able to use your telephone system. Do Virgin care?
