I am in the BL5 and I can't even get more than 2 bars inside but my works phone is on EE and that is a full signal and when do a check on the speed o2 / virgin 15mbs / EE phone 65 mbs
I also have this problem in Manchester and near Manchester Airport
Any suggestions?
Tempted to leave for EE as got a brand new iphone 13 and can't connect to internet half of the time

Have you tried rebooting your network setting to see if the issue persists? Have you also checked here https://www.virginmedia.com/mobile/coverage-checker

This has been ongoing for last few months , I raised a incident with you and you said something up with the mast but nothing has changed after you closed the incident down.
It is in 3 different areas where I can' connect so its not just my postcode

Virgin used to run on the EE network, but they are moving everyone to O2 because they have merged with them. O2 speeds are rubbish, I have the same issue at home and at my caravan in Norfolk. Again it’s only been over the last month or so since the switch. I’m currently looking for a decent deal with EE direct, I’ll then jump ship back to EE. Plusnet run on EE and have some good deals..

Have you tried your SIM in a different handset just to rule out a device issue?
