I am Alok [removed], I was using Virgin Mobile service and trying to stop the service for the last couple of months. I've already moved out from UK. First of all there iI have tried to reach out to Virgin by various communication channels e.g. chat, email etc. However, no luck .. Can you please stop the service and my billing ASAP.
I have also tried online as well to stop the service and unfortunately, that is also not working . Could you please look into this matter asap

I've got this canceled for you. It will be with immediate effect since you are abroad. This will also generate a final bill of the unpaid months along with the removal of these charges which I have just done.
