Please Help

Hi. Given that 41 people read my post of yesterday, on WiFi calling, and didn’t reply, I am not hopeful of receiving a response to the update. Turns out, irrespective of mobile, and its settings, one has to request the WIFI Calling service, from Virgin Mobile, directly. They will then enable it on your mobile. Nowhere , in anything I’ve read, does it say this. Furthermore, having had the service enabled, it’s still not working, and I am advised it may take another 24 hours for it to do so. 🤷‍♀️🙄😳
