Please Help

Hello. New to Virgin Mobile. Using an IPhone XR, with latest software. Sim only. Purchased the XR elsewhere. WiFi calling is on. Mobile data is on. XR connected to home router, not yet Virgin, but soon will be. Indoor reception is very poor, oft showing no signal. Yet I cannot connect to WiFi calling, and I do not understand why not. Any assistance greatly appreciated. Thank you in anticipation. Anthony

Thank you for reaching out to us, I am sorry you have been having issues setting up WiFi calling, I can see this was set up over 24 hours ago, is this now working for you?
