I need to access my voicemail I am in Southern Ireland I cannot remember my pin. I received text message to say my voicemail was accessed from another phone

The team will have to take details and send you a temporary PIN which you should change on your return.

On a side note you should always set a PiN when setting up you Mailbox.

I have recently changed to an O2 SIM. The first thing I did was set a PIN before recording my greeting.
