Pin voicemail issue abroad

Hi there,

Someone left a message on my voicemail but I cannot listen it yet. They asked me for a PIN code for the voicemail -I am not sure even I have ever set out any. I am in Barcelona at the moment. Can someone from the Forum Team to get this sorted for me?
