I am currently abroad and need to access voice mails for unknown number but I have been asked for a pin. I didn’t realise this was something I had to have or set up before I left? Is there anything I can do to access this before I am back?

I am afraid if the Pin was not set up before leaving the UK, the voicemails will not be accessible until you return.

@Natalie_L This has come up several times of recent. In each case Virgin were able to supply a temporary PIN to the customer to allow access
