Phoning 789 and getting cut off

I have been phoning 789 to try and change my plan. They keep cutting me off when they keep asking if I want an online link. I can't change my plan online, so can't do it with the link. I need to actually speak to someone.  Anyone else having these issues?

Very sorry you're having some issues changing your plan and speaking to the team, this isn't good. 

Can I ask if you're on a Pay Monthly package or Pay As You Go?

 

What happens when you try and change your package online?
