Hi I’ve just changed my Sim in the last few months and now every time I make a phone call, or receive one, the line just cuts off after a few seconds? It is so annoying and I literally cannot use my phone??
I have tried to contact Virgin but there is only online QA.... nobody that can actually help or answer a phone call? Where is the Customer Service here?......
I can see by the comments that this seems to be a common problem ...... does anyone from Customer Support actually read any of these comments and respond? Otherwise how are we supposed to fix the problem.....?
