I cannot find out when my phone is due an upgrade. On the app, there is no information. On the web page, there is no information. Live chat is a bot who just repeats the same stuff - which doesn't work. The call centre doesn't pick up the phone - I hung up once an hour was up. Surely there has to be a simple way to find this information.
