Hello. 

I need re-set my voice mail pin ( or set up, i don't recall doing so, but I have vm) I can't use the phone at present, so can anyone say how to get that done on line so I can get my messages on another phone?

Apologies to hear you're having an issue with your voicemail pin. We can certainly take a look at this for you however we will need to pass data protection with you first.
