I ordered an iPhone 14+ on the 13th of October I was told my phone would be originally be delivered on the 28th however on the 28th I was told it would arrive within 7 days. On a live chat on Tuesday, I was told delivery was confirmed for 4/11 yet I have heard nothing from Yodel etc.
It is now Friday and it still says awaiting stock/ no dispatch email has been received.
I haven't gotten a response on Whatsapp and cannot get through on the Virgin live chat.
