Going to start off by saying who ever **bleep** overlooked this needs firing!
So my virgin mobile screen is broken. I do not have much left on contract £150 or something and to repair it is £140. So i tried logging into my account and because they are so cunty with the password creation i had to come up with something i do not usually use and because i do not log into that account often i forgot it.
So i hit forgot password and the damn thing DURPS going to send your phone a code...**bleep** GG GUYS GG. No other options to send to my email account like others e.g british gas ect ect. NO NO NO!!!!! THE ONLY OPTION IS TO SEND TO YOUR **bleep** PHONE!!
Due to corna i cannot even ring them as call centres are downnn YAAAAAAAY. Any other way i can navigate around this?
