Hi again. Got my ims questions answered unfortunately not by virgin even after 6 hours on live chat then being left for 2 hours. 1 more issue to go. I was told when discussing upgrading to this phone that it had 6mb ram but it doesn't it has 4. I deleted the texts and vm say they can't access the live chat records even though it states that they are recorded. Where do I go from here. I'm paying the price I was quoted for a phone with less memory than quoted. Isn't that miss selling? Thanks in advance for any replies.
