Hello
I ordered a new phone contact over the phone with a member of the Virgin mobile team. I was approved for direct debits and all the rest. I was told my phone will be delivered today and yesterday I would have received an email to confirm and sign some agreement before the phone could sent out and released. I’m now 24 hours into this wait and every time I call the help line they tell me there’s nothing that I can do other than wait as it’s with the ‘back office’
my sister ordered a phone yesterday over the internet. Received the email within 10 minutes and the phone has successfully arrived today. We both saw a good deal and wanted to both benefit from this but her plan has gone ahead with no problem and mine has been nothing but a pain. I don’t know what else to do other than cancel this fully and go else where
