Phone not working in turkey

My phone isn’t letting me access voicemail, make calls or send text, roaming is on

i have an iPhone anyone know how I sort this

Have you a spend cap set. Turkey is chargable.

Yes but it’s not that as I’ve not been able to get on anything to even get near the spend cap

Sorry to hear that you've not been able to roam whilst in Turkey.  The fantastic enlli has raised an excellent point. Also has your phone connected to a network where you're at? Also have you tried to do a manual network search?  As you've reached out to us, I would like to take a look on your behalf. I am going to send you a private message.
