Phone keeps cutting off

For a few months now both myself and my husbands phones cut off midway through phone calls . I have been sent new SIM cards , checked settings and it us still happening. We have been customers for many years but now thinking of changing our contract as it only happens when we are indoors and only 2 bars on signal in the SG14 area
