I have a pay monthly sim and am n Spain on holiday
rang and checked before I left and was told I was set up to use my phone
it won’t connect to any service. 70 year old woman driving from Bilbao to Malaga with no phone!

I am sorry for the issues with your Mobile at the moment.
Did you receive a text message when you got to Spain? Is the roaming currently showing as active on your online app?
