|hi, When I joined virgin a few weeks ago the set up was not done correctly. My phone was not linked to my broadband bunle. Virgin then said the phone would be disconnected. I contacted Virgin and the phone was linked to my broadband bundle and my bills amended. However my phone has just been disconnected. I am housebound and not mobile so I rely on my phone for contact to the people that support me. Could I be contacted as a matter of urgency by email or by response in this forum to get my phone reconnected.
