Phone disconnected

|hi, When I joined virgin a few weeks ago the set up was not done correctly. My phone was not linked to my broadband bunle. Virgin then said the phone would be disconnected. I contacted Virgin and the phone was linked to my broadband bundle and my bills amended. However my phone has just been disconnected. I am housebound and not mobile so I rely on my phone for contact to the people that support me. Could I be contacted as a matter of urgency by email or by response in this forum to get my phone reconnected.

Just to be clear it is my mobile phone, part of my broadband and mobile oomph bundle that is disconnected. The broadband is fine.
