Phone contract.

Hi, I recently took out a new phone contract, the deal was completed by phone and I was told I would have to sign the lonline contract via email, yet the only email I got says the deal is not yet completed but has been 'parked'. Does anyone know what this means? Thanks.

Thanks for posting and welcome to the community. My apologies for the delayed reply. When an order is parked, this means the back office team need to do further checks before making a final decision on whether to proceed with the phone contract. This process is 1-3 days and they'll contact you either way.
