As of today my phone has stopped making calls, accessing data etc
I can’t call customer support as I now have no phone, I’ve checked all service outages, bills, online accounts but nothing seems untoward.
Have reset my phone, taken SIM card in and out, and am at a loss as to what to do next. It’s as though my sim card has been deactivated.
any help would be much appreciated

Can I ask firstly what mobile you have?
Also are you able to check whether your data is turned on from your mobile settings?
If it is, attempt to manually select a "Virgin Media" network.

Hello,
The data is turned on. The phone cannot make or receive calls. And outbound calls say this number is barred from your device, and any incoming say it is unavailable
