Phone call

For some reason, all the incoming phone call are all displayed as unknown, even for those that I have stored.

I'm so sorry to hear you're having some issues seeing the caller on your Virgin Mobile handset and that it's appearing as "Unknown". Can you please confirm what model of handset you have?

Hi @WL4109,

Thank you for getting back to me on this. As this handset was purchased via a third party, are you able to insert the SIM card into another handset at all to see if the issue remains there?
