Hello, Placed a order last night order status says completed tracking number sent to my email this afternoon but received a phone call from 020 3706 8831 this morning is this a genuine call from virgin anyone check on this order.

Update regarding this order yodel sent parcel back to virgin order cancelled for not answering the phone call what a waste of time.... 

Wonder how long will virgin take to cancel my credit agreement, direct debit etc etc customer service spoken to on Saturday was unsure about the whole procedure process.

Can someone look into this thanks
