Have had email from Yodel at 11am this morning with tracking details for my order, when click on link it says at 09:54am that item has been returned to sender.
Yodel & Virgin not answering calls and no further forward!
Sorry to hear you're having issues with your delivery. Please can you advise if you're an existing customer and upgrading or joining Virgin Media or Virgin Mobile for the first time?
Same thing happened to me two weeks ago, I am still waiting for a resolution
