Phone Order

I ordered a New Phone with Virgin last Monday 8/6/20 and the delivery date was Wednesday 10/06/20 I received no delivery yesterday and I have not had any deliveries today. Also, I was told when ordering that someone from Virgin would call me to confirm everything, of which I have not received a call. So at the moment, I don't even know what's happening to my order. If this is not resolved I will order from another Company as I am in need of a Phone.

Terribly sorry to see you've been having issues with the delivery of your handset.

 

Can you please advise me if you've been issued the handset, or have been advised of when this is due to be delivered since your post on Thursday?
