As advised on community posting so you can help me with my phone after the SIM swap.
I texted switch as advised from old SIM got a text back with swap date of yesterday 22nd Sept 2020. The old SIM stopped working yesterday afternoon UK time and is still not working. I have restarted the phone serval times.
Pls help, I'm 75 years old living alone and need my mobile urgently for emergencies.

What error message do you get when the new phone is switched on? Has the sim been activated? Have you managed to get this resolved? What phone do you have.
