I am using this forum in desperation to resolve fraud conducted in my name. I have reported via the Virgin helpdesk on four seperate occassions that I have been supplied with a phone from Virgin Media that I have not ordered and for which a scammer has opened an account in my name. I am told each time that I will be contacted by the 'fraud team' but this never happens. I now have a letter from The Customer Service Director (Rachel Barrass) pointing out that I have not paid my credit agreement monthly fee with a mild threat regarding my credit rating. I have a refrence number for my case but I cannot get a letter confirming fraud has occurred and that I do not have an account or outstanding debt. As an ex customer services manager for another large corporation, I find Virgin Media cutomer service outrageously poor. Does anybody care?
