Phone Contract

Hiya,

I took out a phone contract last week on Friday, and I got a confirmination email to confirm my order and that I would recieve a phone call or email within the next few days, obviously I know because of the covid things are delayed, but I did expect some kind of update by now.

Also, as of today I recieved two phone calls from unknown numbers, +800 1836 403 and +800 1836 03, on both ocassions I didn't answer as I wasn't sure who was calling, but when I looked at the numbers on google, it says it was virgin media, but I am still unsure, as if it was, wouldn't they have left a voicemail?

I'm sorry for any issues you're having with your new contract. It sounds as though the calls were from our teams trying to speak with you. 

 

What I will do is private message you so we can look into this.
