Just for context my internet has been out and I have been using my phone as a key my worker for my only source for internet when I get home. It will be fixed next week.
I ran out of data on the 16/04 and then received 10GB of Good Will Data, I thought this was great customer service as the timing was amazing. I then also set a spending cap of £10 not too go over too much.
Just to find out today they both aren't active until after my billing date? Is this a joke? Why show in the app that youve given me 10GB of Good will data and give no indication that's it's not valid until the 22th???!? There's no transparency after I've exceeded my allowence.
