I was given to believe by Virgin that there was a problem which would be sorted by now. NOT.
problem didn’t exist before so why now something caused it. Using EE as an excuse Virgin sidestepping again. I have found with Virgin that if you keep ringing you can suddenly come across someone not following a script who knows what they are talking about and tells you as it is not just **bleep**. Ok so it might not be good news but you feel it’s believable and you are getting somewhere.
I've checked the EE checker and also our own internal Mast checker and they are all online and no faults. I'm sorry that you're having sub par connection with your phone. Have you tried a different phone to see if the signal is better?
