Performance mobile phone

Performance is terrible. Due to breaking up it's impossible to hold a conversation even to 789. Why why why!!!

Long term? Short-term? One place or everywhere?

Re: Performance mobile phone

You mentioned 4G but also problems with calls, and they go over 3G on Virgin, so probably a general reception problem.

Best check for problems first

https://myaccount.ee.co.uk/networkchecker/checkservice

As Virgin use EE there is not much they can do to alter reception.

We have a major mast out here for the past 2 months. 5G activists burning a 4G mast. Engineers can't get on site as landowner won't let them at the moment

Re: Performance mobile phone

I was given to believe by Virgin that there was a problem which would be sorted by now. NOT.

problem didn’t exist before so why now something caused it. Using EE as an excuse Virgin sidestepping again. I have found with Virgin that if you keep ringing you can suddenly come across someone not following a script who knows what they are talking about and tells you as it is not just **bleep**. Ok so it might not be good news but you feel it’s believable and you are getting somewhere.

Re: Performance mobile phone

Sorry to hear you're having issues with your mobile service Paulhedi.

Have you (in your opinion) received what you feel is a 'credible' update to your issue?

Regards

Re: Performance mobile phone

In a word No! The so called text messaging service is not a service it’s so haphazard.

Re: Performance mobile phone

Sorry Paulhedi.  So is your service issue in specific locations only?  Or is it in your whole locality?  What explanation have your received so far regarding the issue?

Regards

Re: Performance mobile phone

I've checked the EE checker and also our own internal Mast checker and they are all online and no faults. I'm sorry that you're having sub par connection with your phone. Have you tried a different phone to see if the signal is better?

Thanks,

Lisa
