Since moving to Virgin I have this really frustrating intermittent issue where people can’t hear me when I call them. Phoned customer service several times but they are beyond useless.
anyone else experiencing this issue and know how to resolve it?
Same for my husband and I. Calling different people on different networks and often when calling eachother, both on virgin mobile. Really frustrating!

@KG111 went through this beginning of the year took a while to resolve the matter no thanks to Virgin useless Customer Service team.
It just so happened I have reported the matter again on Tuesday of this week.
