Paid off and cancelled mobile in December 2019.
You have consistently been taking payment from my bank account up until April 2020.
You sent me a letter stating the account is closed.
Yet today I received a bill through email for nearly £85.oo pounds.
Id like my monies repaid and account deleted indifinitley.

I have recently had a payment out of my bank account for a Virgin internet account that is closed. Please may you point me in the right direction so that I may retrieve this money.
