Payments still being taken after mobile contract ended

My mobile contract (originally with Virgin mobile but automatically switched to O2 after the merger) ended in Dec 23. My O2 account shows the contract has ended but Virgin Media are still taking direct debits for the phone portion of the split contract. How do I stop this and get my overpayments refunded?

I am so sorry for any confusion regarding your phone. You may have a separate credit agreement with us for your handset, if you search your email you should have one from us with the credit agreement and security key so you can see this online and check when the loan ends.
