Ok - tried three time to top up this morning on the web site, each time it said 'top failed - try later'.
Is there an issue today?

I'm really sorry for the delay in getting back in touch, we have been busier than normal.
It's disappointing to hear that you've had some issues making a payment to top up online, this isn't what we like to hear.
