Hello, I'm asking on behave of my dad, he's had his payg sim card for 10 years + he keeps having a text message asking if he can send his address to virgin mobile. He doesn't know how to work the internet or anything,
I've tried numerous numbers but unable to speak to anyone.
Would they ask for his number after having the sim card for this many years?
I'm just leaving for work now so may take a while to answer back sorry.
The reason this is happening is that VM are undergoing a SIM swap from the old EE rebranded SIMs to their own network, this will have to be completed as at some time the older SIMs will be de-activated.
I'm a Very Insightful Person, I'm here to share knowledge, I don't work for Virgin Media. Learn more
