Pay off phone

Hi, I am trying to pay off my handset loan I am not getting anywhere with trying to use the online chat with either 02 or virgin. I have logged into my credit agreement but keep getting a message come up saying no healthy content. Please can you advise me how I can pay the remaining amount.
