I spent 2 hours on the telephone and eventually got through to arrange a reset but it didn't work. I have just spent other hour trying to get through, and then got cut off.
I have lost my log-in details and answer to my security question. I have entered when requested account number, date and amount of last bill and the web form keeps telling me to enter a valid account.
I cant access any information or my @ntlword.com e-mail account.
You help service is useless - please can someone contact me form Virgin Media to help sort this out.
