Parked

Hello. I already have 2 mobiles purchased at Virgin and I pay monthly. yesterday i bought an iPhone 11 for my daughter because she wants to switch to virgin but my order is still "parked". what should i do to change this situation as soon as possible? thanks

Very sorry to hear that your order has been parked, I can appreciate you're keen to know why. 

When an order is parked we'd aim to get in touch within 48 hours to get it sorted or cancelled, have you heard back yet?
