I placed an order on Friday afternoon to upgrade my phone, I have been told I would be contacted as you had to park the order, I received a missed call from yourselves this morning and have a voicemail to tell me I won't be called again for a further 24 hours, could someone please assist with this.
Can I please ask that someone contacts me regarding this, i received a call today and was advised I would be called back within half an hour, this was over 2 and a half hours ago, I have been on live chat for over an hour and gotten nowhere, I have tried calling numerous times to be told nothing.

There can be a multitude of reasons why an order may become parked - if you've been unable to speak with us since posting and get some help with this, I can certainly look into the order for you via private message.
