I ordered my new phone yesterday, which went through fine I updated all my details and it seemed like it had gone through. I didn’t receive any emails telling me that my order had been parked, I had to go onto my mobile account to see that this has happened.
it doesn’t give much explanation to what that is, it just says you are having problems processing, is this due to additional checks or covid?
i tried to ring about this yesterday and because I don’t have a ‘my virgin media ‘ account they wouldn’t allow me to go past security. I don’t have a my virgin media account yet as I don’t have an account number yet.
i have already tried your messaging service, it has been 4 hours and I have not received any replies.
just wondered if anyone who WORKS for virgin media could assist me as I don’t want a rude reply from a randomer on this page!
