I have recently ordered a new phone to pay monthly today was the day it’s meant to arrive however I checked my order, and it said it has been parked please sort this out Virgin I have correctly typed in my details please help me sort this out.

An order can be parked for a number of reasons, usually if its to due with a credit check. Our team would contact you directly within 48 hours to discuss.
