I made a order this evening for the iPhone pro Black Friday deal it was playing up during the credit check process it finally went through and then I received an email saying they needed to check a few things… I signed up for a mobile account and can see this message ‘Sorry, we have some problems processing your order, our customer service team will be in touch to discuss about this order.’

I am very sorry to hear that there seems to be an issue and delay with the order. If it's stating that it's been parked then it means we need to carry out some additional checks before we can proceed, and a member of the team will make contact in due course once the checks have been carried out.
