Parked order

Ordered a phone plan,iphone14 pro, it said it was all good, gave me a delivery date, but my order says "parked". Does this mean the phone will not be coming today like it says and ill have to wait for it to not be parked.

I am so sorry to hear your order has been parked. This could be for various reasons such as the model of the phone is out of stock, some details being incorrect, or the criteria of credit check.

What colour and size was the handset you ordered?
