Parked order

My order is still parked its been well over 48 hours haven't heard a thing from anyone, rang and said it with backroom team, like wth souch for customer service, seriously thinking of changing all our virgin sims and canceling the whole TV and broadband!!!!!!!

a parked order means virgin haven't got all the information they need in the credit check. so they have to get further info. quite normal. to be fair to virgin though....it is easter.

OK fair enough, but why have they given my a delivery date then? They need more info but given a delivery date it does make sense
