Parked order

Hi there,

I ordered a new sim over a week ago and the status is marked as 'Parked' for some reason. I'm also told the Customer Service team will be in touch but no one has been. 

I have tried contacting you by your text messaging service, no reply, as well as by private inbox here, no reply.

This is third time lucky, please get back to me. 

I recently ordered a broadband deal as well and had no problem in passing the credit checks and receiving the package, so i'm not sure what the issue is with this order on Mobile.

Please just send me the sim ?
